P1,000 off on Crocs from Citibank Credit Card

Get P1,000 off on any Crocs merchandise when you apply for ANY Citibank Credit Card from April 1 to May 31, 2011.




TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.	The Citibank Summer Acquisition Promo will run from April 1 to May 31, 2011.
2.	The promo is open to all Primary Citibank Credit Card applicants with no existing Principal Citibank Credit Card and whose credit card applications were received with complete documents and requirements and subsequently approved by Citibank N.A. Philippines within the promo period (hereinafter referred to as “Principal Cardholder”). The promo is not open to existing Citibank cardholders.
3.	Principal Cardholders will receive a confirmation letter in their welcome packs upon delivery of their new Citibank card.
4.	The confirmation letter will entitle the Principal Cardholder to P1,000 off from their Crocs purchase at Crocs concept stores nationwide. The confirmation letter is valid until August 1, 2011.
5.	Before availing of the P1,000 off from their Crocs purchase, the Principal Cardholder is required to make a onetime purchase or an accumulated purchase worth at least P2,000 on his new Citibank Card from April 8 to July 31, 2011.
6.	To avail of the P1,000 off from their Crocs purchase, the Principal Cardholder must present the following to the Crocs authorized personnel:
	a. Original confirmation letter b. Citibank Credit Card c. Charge slip worth P2,000 or accumulated charge slips worth P2,000 (original duplicate/customer copy)
	The P1,000 off from Crocs purchase shall be granted to the Principal Cardholder upon presenting the above requirements. As proof of receipt of the P1,000 off from Crocs purchase, the Principal Cardholder shall surrender the Original confirmation letter and the Charge slip to Crocs’ authorized personnel, and be requested to sign a redemption claim form.
7.	Purchases in excess of P1,000 should be charged to the Principal Cardholder’s Citibank Credit Card.
8.	For a Charge slip to be considered valid spending under the Promo:
	• The name and card number reflected on the Charge slip must be the same as the one reflected on the Principal Cardholder’s Citibank Credit Card. • The Charge slip/s presented must be the Principal Cardholder’s original duplicate copy (customer copy). • The charge slip must be worth at least P2,000. For accumulated charge slips, the total worth must be at least P2,000. • The charge slip must be dated from April 8 to July 31, 2011. • Citibank Credit Card used must be the newly issued one (verified via expiry date).
9.	Authorized representatives may redeem the P1,000 off for and on behalf of the Principal Cardholder provided that they present the following:
	• Their valid ID (e.g. driver’s license, company ID, SSS Photocard, Passport, etc.) • Original Authorization Letter signed by the Principal Cardholder and showing the signature of the Authorized Representative. • Photocopy of the Principal Cardholder’s Citibank Credit Card (front only) • Photocopy of the Principal Cardholder’s valid ID (front and back) • Original Charge slip/s. • Original confirmation letter.
